Paul  Bocuse

Paul Bocuse is an internationally well-known French chef who is based in Lyon. Paul is known for his high quality food and cuisine’s. Paul is associated with Nouvelle cuisine he is one of the top chiefs in France and all around the world. Paul’s restaurant l’Auberge du pont de collonges is one of his main restaurants. This restaurant has been award three stars by Michelin. Paul has won many awards in his cooking career but the one his is most proud of is the Meilleur Ourier de France. Bocuse has also wrote a cooking book which he dedicated to Fernand Point who toke him on board as an apprentice
